Welcome to Ichi-choume Paradise Town, a.k.a. Mother-in-Law Inferno! The plot of this achingly simple manga revolves around a woman (presumably named Noriko) trying to kill her mother-in-law, who is bed-ridden. Throughout, they maintain the utmost politeness while speaking to each other.

Just a little nerding. I found this artist, Noroi Michiru, who is really amazing. His style is similar to Junji Ito, with some guro influences from Shintaro Kago as well.
